You can now order your repeat prescription in three ways:
Order Online through My Health Online
My Health Online is a secured web applications provided by NHS Wales to help you order your repeat medication quickly. All your approved Repeat Medications are listed in your account to allow you to easily request the medication you need with just one tick. You will need an account with My Health Online to access the service. If you do not have an account, you can register below
Order online through My Health Online
Using our secured form
You can also use our secured form to request your approved repeat medication. You will however need to manually list all medications required, to include medication name, strength, and quantity, up to 16 items.
Acute (not on Repeat) Prescription Request Form
You can also request 'one-off medications' you have been prescribed before and hospital recommendations. Please allow 72 hours for us to process your request
